B2Brouter arrives in Italy!

We are celebrating at B2Brouter! Last January Oriol Bausà, company’s CEO, announced the opening of our new branch B2Brouter Italy, which will cover both the electronic invoicing market in the country and the companies wishing to send electronic invoices to Italian Public Administrations or private companies.

In Italy, the use of electronic invoicing with the Public Administration (B2G) is compulsory from 2014, and it is also compulsory for private companies (B2B) since 2019. The portal provided by the Italian Government for the exchange of invoices is the SdI (Sistema di Intercambio), which receives the invoices and issues it to the corresponding recipient, previously identified with his IPA code.

The opening of this new subsidiary, as well as the opening of our office in New Zealand at the end of 2019, confirms the international expansion process of B2Brouter. Our vision is to offer a comprehensive electronic document exchange service through open standard networks and thus facilitate access to digitization for all types of users, regardless of size or turnover.

B2Brouter Italia is currently in the process of obtaining certification from the “Agenzia delle Entrate” to act as a supplier for issuing and receiving invoices with the SdI Portal. Moreover, we are complying with all the protocols marked by the “Conservazione Elettronica” process for the storage and electronic signature of our users’ electronic invoices in an official and secure way.

At B2Brouter we are experts in multi-format and multi-standard electronic document management, therefore it has not been a problem for us to adapt our platform to the FatturaPA format, an XML file modified according to Italian legislation.
