Compliant PDF e-invoicing for WooCommerce, connected to Peppol
Install B2Brouter’s WooCommerce plugin and turn your online store orders into electronic invoices (PDF) ready for Peppol, cross-border transactions, and international e-invoicing compliance.
From WooCommerce orders to compliant e-invoices
The B2Brouter plugin automates e-invoicing from your WooCommerce store, with less manual work.
Issues invoices automatically
When an order is marked as “Completed”, the plugin generates the electronic invoice in the right format. You can also issue invoices manually from the order screen, individually or in bulk.
Handles refunds and credit notes
When you create a refund in WooCommerce, the corresponding credit note is generated, linked to the original invoice and issued in the format required by the destination country.
Complies with local and international regulations
The plugin sends each invoice through the required channel for every market. Everything needed to meet local and cross-border e-invoicing requirements, without extra manual work.
Generates and delivers the PDF to the customer
Each invoice PDF is generated automatically, attached to the order completion email, available for download from the “My Account” area and stored locally for quick access.
Start e-invoicing in just a few steps
Go to your WordPress admin panel and open Plugins → Add New. Search for the “B2Brouter for WooCommerce” plugin, install it, and click Activate. Once activated, the plugin will guide you through the initial setup.
A new Invoices section will appear in the WordPress side menu.
Register at app.b2brouter.net or log in if you already have an account. To use the plugin, you will need an active “eDocExchange” subscription.
Then, go to Developers → API Keys, copy your API Key and store it securely: you will need it to connect WooCommerce with B2Brouter.
From the WordPress admin panel, go to Invoices → Settings. Paste the API Key you copied from B2Brouter and click Validate key. If the connection is successful, the plugin will display your account information and you will be able to continue with the initial configuration.
Select how you want to work: you can activate automatic mode, so invoices are generated when an order changes to completed status, or use manual mode if you prefer to issue them from each order whenever needed.
You can also check how to activate and configure these modes in the plugin’s initial configuration documentation.
Once configured, you will be ready to generate your first electronic invoice from WooCommerce, prepared for Peppol and international e-invoicing compliance.
