Update XRechnung and ZUGFeRD Version 2.2.0

Updated the formats XRechnung and ZUGFeRD from version 2.0.0 to version 2.2.0. This change applies to all invoice types used for XRechnung and ZUGFeRD:

• CII (XRechnung and ZUGFeRD are the same here). You can provide the same invoice with different names XRechnung CII 2.2 and ZUGFeRD 2.2.
• UBL Credit note (Only XRechnung UBL Credit Note 2.2).
• UBL Invoice (Only XRechnung UBL Invoice 2.2).
