Northumbria Healthcare is changing its P2P (Purchase to Pay)

Such as other National Health Service hospitals, Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is changing its P2P (Purchase to Pay).

Electronic exchange of documents

In order to implement e-order, order confirmations and e-Invoicing through Peppol, Northumbria Healthcare is changing its P2P (Purchase to Pay) process from 28th February 2019. Therefore, if you are a supplier to the Northumbria Healthcare Trust, please be aware that you are now able to receive electronic orders and send electronic invoices through Peppol.

Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is not the first hospital that takes a step towards the electronic exchange of documents.  You can consult the list of hospitals that are already using this type of exchange system with their suppliers in our post: How to receive your NHS Trust invoices.

Work with B2Brouter

Remember that with B2Brouter, suppliers can reach all their NHS buyers through one single PEPPOL Access Point connection, creating and sending Peppol invoices easily, by entering invoice details into a simple web-portal template or switching them from the received Orders. Clients can expand their use of the portal to include non-NHS buyers or suppliers, as multiple formats are supported.
