1. Set up your PEPPOL Endpoint ID

All buyers and suppliers who receive electronic documents within the PEPPOL network must be assigned a PEPPOL endpoint ID.

To configure your PEPPOL Endpoint ID, you must access Configuration>Adjustments>Connections. In the “Connections” section, you will find the PEPPOL option.

To configure your PEPPOL Endpoint ID, you must access CONFIGURATION, Adjustments, Connections. In the “connections” section, you will find the PEPPOL option.

In the PEPPOL option, you must fill in the correct data: In PEPPOL Schema ID, enter your PEPPOL Endpoint Identifier Type (GB VAT, GLN or DUNS, for example). Under the PEPPOL endpoint ID, enter your PEPPOL endpoint ID number.

2. Receive orders

Once you enter your PEPPOL Scheme ID and your PEPPOL Endpoint ID entered, you should recieve the orders.

When you receive an order from a customer, you will receive an automatic notification by email. However, at any time you can go to ‘Orders’ through the main menu and check your orders received.

3. Manage your orders

Click on “Order number” to view the order details and use the order options at the top of the order (Import, Download original, Create invoice, Mark as, etc.).

Accept or Refuse the order

When the order is a new received order, at the top of the document you will see the option “Do you accept the order?:”, use the option “Yes, accept” to accept the order or use the “Refuse” option, to refuse the order. Your client will receive a notification with the selected option,

You can also use another option to manage the status or order. Click on “Mark as” in the order menu to mark the order as “accepted”, “Refused” or “Closed”.

Order Labels

Click on “More” in the menu of the Order screen, and “Order labels” to download an order label in PDF format. This option is only available if your customer has sent this information in the order.

Create Invoice

Click on “Create invoice” in the menu on the Order screen and a new invoice will be created directly from the order, which must be edited to adjust amounts or tax details according to what was actually delivered.
