By registering as a user and using this portal, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not use this portal.
Invinet may modify these Terms and Conditions at anytime by publishing a new version in the B2BRouter.net portal. The updated version will be applicable since the publication date. If the updated version has major changes, Invinet will notify you at least 30 day in advance through the electronic mail you have used to register your account.
B2BRouter.net is a portal that allows sending and receiving electronic documents such as invoices. Among other features, offers conservation, readability, access control and electronic signature
The portal provides a basic service to send and receive electronic invoices without cost (including submission and reception of invoices through email, transformation services and electronic signature). In addition, paying a fixed monthly fee, users can benefit from additional services such as transformation to/from special formats, transmission to/from different communication protocols (such as FTP, SFTP, AS2, ...) and networks (PEPPOL, EDI VANs, ...) and custody and backup of your sent and received invoices.
B2BRouter.net is an electronic invoice service created and operated by Invinet Sistemes.

B2BRouter.net keeps the right to close an account or restrict its functionality, without giving notice to the User and whenever there is suspicion or confirmation by Invinet that this account is used for illegal or provisions contrary to the contract between the user and Invinet.

The user is responsible for keeping the password secret and must contact Invinet writing an email addressed to email@example.com if the password secret has been compromised. The user is responsible for the consequences or damages that fraudulent or improper use of such information may cause.

B2BRouter.net will charge on your account when you request a Type B Payment Plan.
B2BRouter.net uses different payment methods to process service fees. The user can pay via credit transfer, direct debit or credit card.
According to EU legislation the submission of electronic invoices requires that the recipient has consented expressly by any means, verbal or written, and authenticity of origin and integrity of content be ensured. As per the storage of invoices by electronic means, it is necessary to ensure legibility in the original format in which it was received or sent.
The guarantee of the authenticity of the origin and integrity of the content of the invoices that have been sent by electronic means can be proved in several ways, one of which is the use of an advanced electronic signature based on a qualified certificate and created by a secure-signature creation device. B2BRouter.net service enables compliance with these requirements. Users may, on one hand and through a Type B service incorporate their own electronic signature to invoices submitted through the portal, or otherwise and without cost to the user, Invinet may sign invoices on behalf of the user. In the latter case, Invinet uses its own electronic signature which meets the above characteristics, and it is mandatory to accept the following:
Invinet treats personal data of its users in accordance with Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
In the user registration process only minimal data is required for registration and use of the service, further information is necessary for the maintenance and management of relationships with trader partners, and to allow Invinet to communicate to the user new developments or changes.
This information, along with the IP address of the machine from which you access and session cookies (which are deleted shortly after the browser is closed) is stored and managed by B2BRouter.net with appropriate confidentiality by applying measures computer security established in previous legislation to prevent access or misuse of their data handling, deterioration or loss. These details will not be disclosed to third parties except as provided by law, notwithstanding that users may at any time exercise their rights of access, cancellation or rectification in relation to such data, upon request to the address firstname.lastname@example.org.
The service also stores the data associated with the document, as its attributes, variables, participants, and in general, the content of the document. Access to this information is reserved to the creator of the document and to whom, explicitly, the creator adds or invites.
Invinet does contents hosting, which makes it a third party with access to data. Article 12 of the aforementioned legislation on Personal Data Protection applies:
You understand and expressly consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with these terms and conditions, and the applicable law, authorizing the publication of the data in your user profile pages of B2BRouter.net. The refusal to provide data or consent before your treatment preclude the provision of the services.
All the applications and programs that enable B2BRouter.net, including web site design, data bases (including templates or sample documents), navigation structure, text, images, animations, logos or names , belong to Invinet or, where indicated, belong to third parties that authorize its use and integration into the platform, and are protected by laws and treaties on intellectual property.
Any reproduction, transformation, distribution of such content, as well as any act of reverse engineering, decompiling or outside viewing, playback, or editing documents within B2BRouter.net platform is expressly forbidden. In no case shall any removal, reuse and / or exploitation of such content implying acts which conflict with a normal exploitation of the service, especially commercial use or promotional purposes.
Invinet ensures proper functioning of the system in terms of the lack of programming errors or defects, compilation, serious and repeated design and custody of the information stored on their servers, and respond within the legal limits allowed by Spanish legislation , excluding in any case for damages resulting from an accident, abuse or misapplication, not allowed, or unexpected, as well as any other direct or indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including, but not limited to any damages or lost profits, downtime, fault, failure or loss, or any claims by third parties as a result of this.
Invinet is not responsible for irregularities, failures, errors or damage, direct or indirect, caused to the computer system or the files or documents stored therein, which are caused by or arising from:
Invinet merely provides a platform with the elements, applications and functionality as detailed in these conditions.
In no case Invinet will respond to quality, reliability or suitability of the data provided by users or third party platforms, or to the infringement of intellectual property, disclosure of trade secrets or personal information, violation of privacy , or breaches any civil, criminal or administrative that may have been committed by or through such content, unless such communication is directly a final judicial decision in this regard and has not proceeded to lock or withdrawal.
Nor shall Invinet be liable for the use of the documents or contracts outside the B2BRouter.net service, or the success or failure of the operation or business described in the documents.
Invinet has the right to make, at any time, changes and updates to the service, its contents, configuration, availability and presentation of information, as well as these Terms and Conditions of Use, without prejudice to the rights acquired and to temporarily suspend access for maintenance or improvements. No one can raise any claim because of these maintenance tasks nor because of the direcr or indirect damages arising from it.
These conditions shall apply and shall be construed in all respects in accordance with Spanish legislation and, failing that, by the European Union. By accepting them, the user, expressly waiving any forum that might correspond, except in cases where it is not possible by operation of law, is subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city Barcelona for the resolution of disputes that may arise in connection with the Terms and Conditions of the use of the service B2BRouter.net.
